Extreme Flavor started as a simple idea: the African diaspora's food traditions — from West Africa to the Caribbean to the Middle East — share more in common than most menus ever show. Bold spice, slow-cooked comfort, and food made to be shared.

Every dish on our truck is built from a real recipe, cooked the way it's meant to be, then handed to you exactly how you built it.
